Need a hand? Here is who can actually help with what — because the honest answer depends on what your problem is.

Questions about the guide on this site

If something in our re-scrutiny guide is unclear, out of date, or plain wrong, the fastest way to reach us is the discussion on the site itself. Leave a comment on the post your question is about — for example the application walkthrough or the fee and payment guide — and say which board and which exam you are asking about. We read the discussions and correct pages when readers spot an error. Please never post your full roll number, registration number or mobile number in a public comment; nobody here needs them, and they are yours to keep private.

Problems with an actual application

If your payment was taken but your application looks wrong, your result SMS never arrived, or the portal showed an error — that is the board's side of the fence, and only the board can fix it. We cannot see applications, payments or scripts. Go to the official portals:

  • Re-scrutiny applications: rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd
  • Results: educationboardresults.gov.bd and eduboardresults.gov.bd

Keep your payment transaction ID and the mobile number you applied with — the board or the payment provider will ask for both. If the problem is with the payment itself, the support line of your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or Sonali Seba) is the right first call.

Questions only your board can answer

Marksheet corrections beyond re-scrutiny, name or date-of-birth corrections, and certificate issues are handled by your own education board — Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, the Madrasah board or the Technical board. Each board's own website carries its office address and contact details, and those offices deal with students directly.

A note on deadlines

The HSC 2026 re-scrutiny window closes on 7 November 2026, and neither we nor anyone else can extend it for an individual student. If you are reading this inside that week with a grade you believe is wrong, file the application first on the official portal and ask questions afterwards — the questions can wait, the deadline cannot.
